GrowEase AI provides done-for-you patient recall and SMS marketing services for dental clinics and other healthcare businesses. Specific deliverables, pricing, performance terms, and timelines are set out in a separate written agreement or signed proposal between GrowEase AI and the client ("Service Agreement"). These Terms apply in addition to any Service Agreement; where there is a conflict, the Service Agreement controls.

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are specified in your Service Agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due on receipt. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are the client's responsibility.
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software — is owned by or licensed to GrowEase AI and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of this content without our prior written permission.
Campaign content created by GrowEase AI for a client (including message copy, workflows, and templates) remains the intellectual property of GrowEase AI unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement. Clients retain ownership of their patient data, business information, and brand assets.
Each party agrees to treat as confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in the course of the relationship, including patient data, business metrics, pricing, and strategy. Confidential information will be used only for the purpose of performing obligations under these Terms and any Service Agreement.
GrowEase AI uses reasonable efforts to deliver effective campaigns, but we do not guarantee specific results, booking volumes, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including patient list quality, clinic responsiveness, market conditions, and deliverability by telecom carriers.
Our services rely on third-party platforms (including CRM, SMS, and analytics providers). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures of those platforms, though we will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuity.
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowEase AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowEase AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will not exceed the amount paid by you to GrowEase AI in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrowEase AI, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.
You may stop using our website at any time. Termination of service engagements is governed by the applicable Service Agreement. We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at our discretion if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in British Columbia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
